General Admission to Hopetoun House – Fri, Sat & Sun Only

We are thrilled to be opening the doors of Hopetoun House once again.

You are invited to a join us for a personal guided tour of this remarkable and beautiful stately home filled with stunning collections. The magnificent interiors which have remained virtually unchanged for three centuries and reflect the elegance of the Georgian era. The house is decorated with the best period furniture, paintings, tapestries and clocks, with beautifully crafted finishes of carving, gilding and plaster work. You can also enjoy the majestic grounds with nature trails and scenic walks before and after your tour.

Guided Tour tickets are limited to only 10 per tour, so you virtually have the place to yourself!

Tickets are on sale now for the next 2 weekends (Fri, Sat & Sun).

In line with the Scottish Government guidelines you are required to wear a face covering whilst inside the House. All visits must now be booked in advance, therefore we sadly cannot accommodate anyone turning up on the day without a pre-booked ticket.

Tour Times

Tours will take place at 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30 and 15:30.
Max 10 guests per tour.

Please meet at the front steps to the House 10 minutes before your tour starts, but you are welcome to arrive anytime from 11am to enjoy the grounds before your tour.

However the last tour is at 3.30pm and the car park and site closes at 5pm.

By purchasing your tickets, you acknowledge that the Hopetoun House Preservation Trust cannot be held responsible should transmission of the virus to you be traced to a visit to Hopetoun.
