Visiting Hopetoun Grounds during Covid19

We are delighted to welcome you back to the grounds of Hopetoun after more than three months of hibernation!

To begin with we will be opening the Hopetoun Grounds only on a trial basis for two weekends in July.

Saturday and Sunday 18 & 19 July 2020 and
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 24, 25 & 26 July 2020


(Further dates to be announced depending on demand)

In line with the Scottish Government guidelines all visits to the Hopetoun Grounds must now be booked in advance, therefore we sadly cannot accommodate anyone turning up on the day without a pre-booked ticket.

The grounds will be open from 11am and last entry is strictly 4pm and the carpark and site closes at 5pm.

Grounds Only (no access inside House)
Adult £5.50
Child (under 16) £3.50
Pensioner/Student £5.00
Disabled £3.50
Family (2 adults, 2 kids) £15.00

There is no charge for children under 5 years of age and there is no charge for parking.

If you are member of Historic Houses, please email dayvisits@hopetoun.co.uk stating the date you would like to visit and your membership number and we will complete a booking for you.  Please give at least 24 hours notice.

Please note that season tickets are not available this year, we plan to launch a new membership scheme in 2021.

If you are showing any of the symptoms of coronavirus, or if you have been in contact with anyone that has the virus in the last 14 day, please don’t visit.

Please note that bookings are final, dates cannot be changed once booked and refunds will not be issued.
