COVID Safety Measures
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our Exhibitors, Visitors and Staff we are taking extra measures this year as outlined below.
As well as putting these extra measures in place we will follow all guidance supplied by the Scottish Government relating to “live events: indoors unseated 500+”
- All tickets will be sold online in advance in order to help control visitor numbers
- This event is subject to the Covid Vaccine Certificate Scheme rules, and therefore does currently require attendees over 18, to show their Vaccine Certificate or proof (NHS text or email) of a negative lateral flow test taken 24 hrs prior, or proof of exemption on arrival as confirmed by the latest Scottish Government Rules
- Your Vaccine Certificate will be checked upon arrival when scanning tickets. If you haven’t got your certificate yet, simply follow this link, it’s easy.
- We will offer timed entry slots (every half hour) in order to control the number of visitors at any one time on each day. You must arrive within your booked entry time however you can stay as long as you like within opening hours.
- A one-way system will be encouraged throughout all areas
- Hand sanitiser stations will be visible throughout and staff will encourage visitors to sanitise hand before entering each area
- Indoor areas will be well ventilated
- Event stewards will be on duty to monitor and control capacity levels in each area
- Housekeeping team will be on duty to clean touch points, common areas and toilets
- We encourage all visitors and exhibitors to take Lateral Flow Tests before attending
- All staff, exhibitors and visitors are required to wear face coverings in indoor areas unless exempt. Please bring along proof of exemption if you are exempt from wearing a face covering.
- If you are showing any of the symptoms of coronavirus, or if you have been in contact with anyone that has the virus in the last 14 days, you must not visit.
