Outdoor Learning Project on the Estate

Hopetoun Estate is providing young students with the opportunity to put learning into practice as part of the Estate’s outreach programme that aims to support ‘hands on’ learning in outdoor spaces.

Hopetoun is clearly sign posted from Glasgow and Edinburgh, we recommend you travel towards South Queensferry and follow the brown tourist signs.

Alternatively, for Sat Nav please use post code EH30 9RW which will direct you to Farquhar Terrace in South Queensferry, from here it is a straight road from this point for about 1.5 miles.

Please note that there is no access to Hopetoun House from the Bo’ness road A904 (even though your Sat Nav might tell you otherwise).

Car parking at Hopetoun is free of charge for visitors with a House & Grounds or Grounds only ticket, with the exception of large public events where additional charges may apply.
