Tree Babies classes are for pregnant women and parents/caregivers with babies in a sling or infant carrier usually up to 12 months old.
Each 90 minutes class enjoys mindful movement, gratitude practice and the opportunity to just ‘be’. Enjoy a gentle forest walk to forage for materials to create nature mandalas and art. Learn mindfulness techniques to help quieten the mind and create calm and balance in your daily life. Connect with others in your community and nurture long lasting friendships while enjoying a delicious herbal tea
