Hopetoun Estate Community Information Event

Hopetoun Estate is inviting residents and the wider community to a drop-in Information Event on 31 March 2026 at Abercorn Village Hall, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
The event will offer attendees an opportunity to hear from the Hopetoun Estate team about its current projects and long-term plans, learn about community initiatives and environmental efforts, and have their say on topics important to the community.
A visual presentation will be on display throughout the event, outlining:
- The long-term vision and objectives for Hopetoun Estate
- The Estate’s net-zero and biodiversity commitments
- Local initiatives, community projects and proposals
- Hopetoun Estate’s commitment to responsible land ownership
The Estate team will be available to answer questions, provide further detail and listen to community feedback. Questions about the Estate’s plans are welcomed, and hot drinks and other refreshments will be readily available. Those interested are invited to attend the event on 31 March 2026 at any time between 3:00pm – 7:00pm.
The previous event held on 25 September 2024, provided an opportunity for local residents and community members to view information about the Estate and to share feedback.
Copies of the exhibition boards shared at the event can be accessed using this link.
A summary of the feedback received at the 2024 Event can be found here.
