Saturday Dates for 2026 2pm – 4.30pm (unless otherwise stated).

Cost £55 (paid before the first session attended).

Meet at the Education Room unless otherwise stated. Sessions are subject to change and are weather dependent; please come prepared for the session in suitable clothing / footwear.

Monthly Dates and Session information

17th Jan – Snowdrop Event prep	Safely using tools to cut down Rhoddies in the Grounds.
21st Feb – Practical Conservation	Helping look after the Grounds using tools.
21st March – Explore the Estate	Head out on a hike, test your navigation skills and investigate the wider countryside.
25th April – First Aid practice	Learning how to deal with emergencies.
16th May – Get to know the Grounds	Use your outdoor skills to learn things about the Grounds you never knew before!
13th June – Nature Surveys	Carry out a survey to build on your Species ID and Surveying Techniques skills
28th June & 12th & 26th July	Assisting Summer Kids Activities: 2 – 3.30pm
26th Sept – Ranger Challenge	Put your trust in the Ranger and complete the challenge, whatever it may be!
24th Oct – Autumnal Art	Exploring the arty side of autumn.
14th Nov – Practical Conservation	Safely using tools to cut down Rhoddies in the Grounds and have a wee cook out too!
5th Dec – Christmas Session	Get your (p)arty hats on!
