New seated bench area unveiled at Newton Steading

Newton Community Council in collaboration Hopetoun, M Group Ltd, EA Landscapes and ANDYSMANCLUB unveiled a new seated bench area at Newton Steading, offering a relaxing spot for the residents to come together and enjoy meeting in a location which offers stunning views across the Estate and on to the Forth.

The project was initiated by M Group Ltd in association with ANDYSMANCLUB as part of their program of “Take A Break “benches, this bench is more than just a place to sit; it is a dedicated space for reflection, a prompt to pause, and a lifeline for those who may be struggling in silence.        

M Group Ltd will continue with this initiative as they progress with the improvement of communications infrastructure throughout many rural communities. Follow the QR code below to find more about M Group and EA construction who played a key role on the design and installation of the bench.

ANDYSMANCLUB is a men’s suicide prevention charity offering a free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and Online, with the aim to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK.
