Christmas Tree Appeal
Hopetoun Estate has launched an appeal to local charities who would like to have a real Christmas tree donated and delivered for free in time for Christmas.
The Estate sells a large variety of fresh trees each December including Norway Spruce, Noble Fir and Scots Pine from their farm at Threemiletown. The annual operation is coordinated by the Farm Manager Mike Eagers who lives on Trinlaymire Farm. Mike says “Christmas time is all about spreading a little joy and when it comes to making somewhere feel festive nothing compares to a beautiful real Christmas tree. This year we’d love to raise a few smiles and add some extra festive cheer for a few local charities in Edinburgh and West Lothian”
If you or your organisation would like to apply to have a tree donated and delivered by Hopetoun Estate please send an email with full details of your charity and why you’d like to receive a tree to estate@hopetoun.co.uk no later than Tuesday 1st December.
