We’re delighted to announce that our ever-popular Christmas Wreath Making Classes are back for 2025!

Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Hopetoun on Friday 5th or Sunday 7th December for a wonderfully festive, hands-on workshop.

Choose from either a morning session (10.00am – 12.00pm) or an afternoon session (2.00pm – 4.00pm).

Under the guidance of our team, you’ll create your own beautiful Christmas wreath from scratch, using natural materials gathered from Hopetoun’s historic designed landscape.

Enjoy hot drinks and festive treats as you craft in the charming setting of the Adam Stables Complex – the perfect start to your Christmas season.

Hopetoun is clearly sign posted from Glasgow and Edinburgh, we recommend you travel towards South Queensferry and follow the brown tourist signs.

Alternatively, for Sat Nav please use post code EH30 9RW which will direct you to Farquhar Terrace in South Queensferry, from here it is a straight road from this point for about 1.5 miles.

Please note that there is no access to Hopetoun House from the Bo’ness road A904 (even though your Sat Nav might tell you otherwise).

Car parking at Hopetoun is free of charge for visitors with a House & Grounds or Grounds only ticket, with the exception of large public events where additional charges may apply.
